1441 Tactical Raffle Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, except in states where firearm raffles are prohibited or highly restricted (such as California, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, and others where applicable).
Participants must be 21 years or older.
Participants must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under federal, state, and local laws.
Employees, affiliates, and family members of 1441 Tactical are not eligible.

To enter, participants must both purchase a raffle ticket and share the official giveaway post on X (formerly Twitter).
Each purchased raffle ticket = one entry (no limit on entries).
The participant’s X account must be public at the time of the drawing for verification.
Entries from prohibited states will be automatically disqualified.
All ticket sales are final (no refunds).

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted via X direct message (DM) and email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
The winner must complete all required documentation, including federal background checks (NICS) and any necessary ATF forms, before receiving the firearm.
All eligibility requirements will be verified before the firearm is shipped.
The winner must provide a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for the firearm transfer.
If a winner fails eligibility verification, is denied by the FFL, or does not respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be selected.

Firearms will NOT be shipped directly to winners. They must be transferred through an FFL dealer in the winner’s state.
The winner must pass all ATF background checks before taking possession of the firearm.
If the winner fails a background check or is denied by the FFL, they forfeit the prize (no alternative prize or refund).
1441 Tactical is not responsible for any FFL transfer fees or background check fees.

The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility before purchasing a ticket.
Firearms cannot be transferred or sold to a third party before completing the FFL transfer process.
1441 Tactical reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if required by law.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
1441 Tactical does not cover any tax liabilities related to the giveaway.

Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be governed by the laws of [your state] and resolved exclusively in the courts of [your county].

1441 Tactical is not responsible for delays, damages, or legal issues related to the firearm transfer.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless 1441 Tactical from any liability.
Any personal data collected will only be used for giveaway administration and legal compliance.
By purchasing a raffle ticket and sharing the giveaway post on X, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply = disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
